Puppy Prep School

We have moved!! We are excited to announce our relocation to Lebanon Plaza, 1271 Rt 22 East in Lebanon, NJ. We are excited for the new opportunities this site will offer. Lebanon Plaza will provide a more convenient venue to practice skills in real-life situations, both with our classes and drop-off day programs.

If you have a puppy 8 weeks to approximately 5 months old, they need lots of exposure at a slow pace in a positive manner to help develop into great family pets. Our team will work on what your puppy needs to become a well-balanced adult.  Your pup is dropped off at our facility for an action-packed training, socialization, and play session for 4-hours. There will be tunnels, toys, playmates and learning.  Your puppy will be taken outside frequently for potty breaks to maintain your house training progress. This program is meant to compliment the training you are doing at home. Success is achieved by pairing the drop off program with training done at home which can be learned in a group class or private lesson(s).

We DO NOT require evaluations for young puppies registering for our Puppy Prep School program. 

You will need to sign a WAIVER and provide proof of VACCINES. We require age appropriate vaccines.  For young puppies we need proof of at least the first Distemper/Parvo vaccine.  We accept documentation from breeders and veterinarians (history reports, receipts), as well as titer reports.

Puppy Prep School runs Wednesdays 9am to 1pm. Single sessions are available for $75 each or save money by purchasing a package.  Per our policy, we REQUIRE 24-HOUR NOTICE for DAY TRAINING CANCELLATIONS.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reserved session, you will not be guaranteed a credit.

Day training is designed to complement the work you are doing with your puppy at home. To ensure you and your puppy receive the most benefit from day training, clients must schedule a 45-minute private ($75 discounted cost) for each 5 day training sessions if they are not currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a training course at My Dogs Got Class.

DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS – Rain or Shine, please do not park in the spaces directly in front of the facility. Park along the grassy area to let your dogs got potty. There are waste stations to use as needed, please clean up after your dogs. Please also remember to keep a safe distance from other dogs. Once your dog is ready, call 908-332-2645 and wait by your car. A staff member will come to retrieve your dog. Please note that collection may not be in the order of the calls made.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS – Rain or shine, please park by the grassy area and call 908-332-2645 to let us know you have arrived. Please wait by your car and a staff member will bring the dog out to you. Please note that the return may not be in the order of the calls made.
