Melissa is a dedicated Animal Behavior College Certified Dog Trainer (ABCDT) at My Dog’s Got Class with years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all ages and temperaments. Her background includes shelter and kennel work, collaborating alongside professional groomers, as well as learning from experienced trainers in the field.
She co-manages the day training programs and has expanded her role to include teaching Puppy Kindergarten, Basic and Basic-Part 2 classes. Melissa is also continuing her education in K9 Fitness to further support canine health and enrichment.
Melissa is passionate about strengthening the bond between dogs and their owners; she loves watching dogs grow in confidence while empowering owners with the tools and knowledge needed for long term success.
